Many people pursue lifelong careers in Hospitality and Tourism. These careers can be exciting, challenging and varied; however, they also require a lot of hard work and dedication.

Adventure Tourism - adventure tourism is a type of tourism in which tourist do some adventures activities like as skydiving, hill climbing, scuba diving.

Aviation Operation - Airline Customer service agents, air host/hostesses, and airline information assistants. 

Event management - Event managers plan and organise promotional, business and social events.

Ecotourism - Ecotourism is about uniting conservation, communities, and sustainable travel.

Tour Operations - Tour operators are responsible for organising and preparing holiday tours.

Work Experience

For most jobs in this sector a degree is not necessary and it is more important to have extensive work experience.

Our vision at Lincoln College is to get you work ready, joining our Hospitality and Tourism team, you will be able to gain valuable work experience within our College Restaurant and Kitchen, Extended Industry placements and social action projects.

You could research local part-time or casual work in a restaurant or top hotel chain while studying or volunteer to organise a fundraising event or take gap year, maybe volunteering with summer camps abroad for example Bunac or International Citizen Service.
