Using the Library

Searching the Online Catalogue

We have all kinds of resources in our Libraries to help you with your studies. All books, multimedia and periodicals are listed on our Library Catalogue.

How to Search

  • Enter your search terms. A search can be carried out using a title, author, subject term, ISBN or other keywords.
  • Alternatively, select Advanced Search to view further search options.
  • A successful search will show if your chosen title is available, its location, and call number.
  • Make a note of this information as you will need it to find the item.
  • All of our resources are arranged in colour-coded subject zones.
  • Everything is shelved in Dewey Decimal order, which is the title's call number.
