You can decide to organise or take part in a Social Action project either individually, with your group, or by forming a cross college group.
Social action projects are about you having the opportunity to raise awareness, or raise funds for something you feel strongly about, in your local community, nationally, or globally.
A social action project will allow you to develop key work readiness skills including teamworking, communication, presentation, English, maths and digital skills; all useful in your future career journeys. Social action projects also help build up resilience.
Enrol onto our social action canvas course to increase your knowledge of social action opportunities. If you have any difficulties enrolling on the Canvas course, please speak to your Progress Coach.
