Transitions

The Transition Coordinator works closely with learners that have an EHCP and supports them with their college journey. They will help transition you into college life and support you during your time at college. They will then support you with your next steps in life, whether that is another course at college or moving into different educational settings or the work environment.

Liaise
Liaise is Lincolnshire's Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS). They provide confidential and impartial information, advice and support to children and young people (0-25 years) with SEN and disabilities, and their parents and carers who live in Lincolnshire.
